1. Policy Overview

TIGER Casino is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We have implemented comprehensive policies and procedures to detect, prevent, and report suspicious activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Customer Due Diligence

We perform customer due diligence including:

3. Identity Verification

All customers must provide:

4. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity including unusual patterns, large transactions, rapid deposits and withdrawals, and other red flags. Automated systems and manual reviews are used to detect potential money laundering activities.

5. Suspicious Activity Reporting

We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Activities that may trigger a report include structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, using multiple accounts, or engaging in transactions inconsistent with known customer profile.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes
  • Funding terrorism or criminal activities
  • Structuring transactions to avoid detection
  • Using funds from illegal sources
  • Creating accounts with false information
  • Third-party deposits or withdrawals

7. Record Keeping

We maintain records of all customer identification documents, transaction records, and risk assessments for a minimum of five years as required by law. These records are available to regulatory authorities upon request.

8. Training and Compliance

All staff members receive regular training on AML policies and procedures. We maintain a dedicated compliance team responsible for implementing and monitoring our AML program.

9. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. We may freeze accounts and funds when required by legal authorities or when suspicious activity is detected.
